Job Title : Welder / Fabricator

Location : Mason, MI

Pay : Up to $22 / hr

Shift : 1st shift

Job Summary :

In this role, you will be responsible for producing new custom builds, repairing existing builds, and tear-outs. You will work on a variety of projects each week, utilizing your welding and fabrication skills to meet specifications.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of MIG welding

Ability to read a tape measure (down to 32nds)

Excellent organizational skills

Positive attitude toward job and all associates

Able to de-bur and clean welds and materials, and visually inspect yours and other's welds

Preferred Skills :

Freehand welding - MIG (90%), TIG, stick, and ability to braze

Reading and understanding instructions (verbal and written), blueprints, or diagrams

Knowledge of saws, grinders, drills, flame-cutting equipment, and other power tools

Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measure, whole fractions, and decimals

Responsibilities :

Working on a variety of projects each week, welding certifications and knowledge of working on trailers are a plus.
