What You'll DoAs a Barista at Ivy Cafe, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of barista experience, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
