Position may be hired in as a Commercial Underwriter II, or III. Depending on skills and qualifications. We are a relationship-focused financial institution providing a full range of commercial, treasury management, capital markets, equipment leasing, wealth management, trust and private banking products and services.

Position Summary :

You will be responsible for performing financial analysis and underwriting for Commercial Real Estate loan transactions. You are expected to provide clear, concise, and accurate financial analysis and risk assessment for new and existing clients. Effectively interact and build collaborative relationships with commercial relationship managers, credit officers, administrative assistants, loan operations colleagues, appraisers, and examiners.

Salary Range : The salary range for this position is $81,700 - $165,100 per year. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills and qualifications.

Required Education, Experience and Skills : Commercial real estate credit, commercial real estate appraisal or credit analysis experience required with expertise appropriate for the job level. This position may be filled at a different level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
