DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will perform household and personal duties for the Governor, First Family, and guests in kitchens and dining areas at the Governor's residence. Responsibilities include setting up, serving, and washing up after meals, as well as ensuring the family kitchen and related areas are clean, organized, and free of clutter. You will also assist the chef with food preparations or other kitchen duties if needed and maintain an inventory of dining service items. Other duties include greeting and assisting guests as they arrive, observing and assisting caterers, and communicating effectively with other staff to ensure all the Governor, First Family, and guest needs are met.
