State Licensed Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II to assist in the development and oversight of compliance and HIPAA privacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and coordinate responses to inquiries regarding potential breaches of PHI and HIPAA violations

Maintain and update incident management systems and compile statistical reports related to HIPAA matters

Support departments in resolving compliance issues and assist in the development of compliance education programs

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar compliance role

Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and payer-specific regulations related to healthcare compliance

Prior compliance experience is essential

Associates degree or equivalent experience is required

Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) is necessary
