About This Position

In keeping with the Marian Medical Center philosophy, the Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care and the ability to practice independently. Also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor. Under minimal supervision, the identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

Currently working in ICU, ER, or Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab or within the last 2 years.

Critical Care nursing experience required, primarily in Radiology IR nursing.

Current California Registered Nurse license.

Current CPR certification AHA - BLS within 30 days of employment.

Current ACLS within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Angiographic experience desired.

IR experience preferred.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
