Pappas Restaurants is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Restaurant Interior Designer to join our Design Group at our Main Office in Northwest Houston. In this role, youll help shape the look and feel of our restaurants and support locations, maintaining and elevating our interior design standards across the brand.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality design and an eye for sophisticated, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate construction documents for facility upgrades.
• Manage and maintain brand design standards
• Coordinate design and construction process with various internal departments.
