Job Description

Oversee and manage construction projects across Southeast USA. Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Lead and manage construction teams. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations. Report on project progress and budget. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Resolve any on-site issues or delays.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have :

• An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience in managing construction projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• An understanding of construction laws and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• The ability to travel across Southeast USA
