As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is an upscale casual full-service restaurant brand with over 20 locations across the U.S., including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nashville, Atlanta, and more. Position Responsibilities :

As our General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including :

Team Leadership : Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards.

Daily Operations : Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health / safety standards.

Guest Experience : Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Financial Management : Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals.

Strategic Execution : Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations.

Position Qualifications :

Experience : At least 1 year of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.

Leadership : Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.

Skills : Proficiency with computers, POS systems (Toast / Teamwork is a plus), and excellent communication skills.

Passion : A love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Flexibility : Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Serve Safe Certified Food Manager

Familiarity with labor management, menu planning, and health / safety regulations

Ability to lift / carry up to 40 lbs. and push / pull up to 75 lbs.

Standing / walking for extended periods, with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.
