We're looking for a driven individual to take full ownership of our sales, marketing and go-to-market strategy, drive enterprise sales, and shape the product roadmap alongside the CEO.

Role Summary

As the GTM Lead, you will get the opportunity to work directly with the Founder and the Founding Team members, driving enterprise adoption, scaling the sales, marketing go-to-market strategy, and amplifying our market impact. This isn't just a sales role-it's a dynamic opportunity where you actively contribute to shaping the product. You'll engage directly with customers, gain strategic insights, and influence decisions on key features and AI-driven opportunities to drive innovation and impact.

You'll collaborate closely with the Founder to present at industry trade shows, meet top industry leaders, and ensure the product's adoption at scale. This role is equal parts sales, strategy, and product-driven problem-solving, requiring you to take end-to-end ownership of critical decisions and initiatives.

For the right candidate, there is a clear path to evolve into a broader leadership role, potentially transitioning into a late-stage co-founder position, based on performance and alignment with our vision.

    As the GTM Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving ZenCompliance's growth trajectory, translating processes into actionable results.

    You will be working directly with the Founder, taking ownership of Sales, Marketing and GTM Strategies and execution, ensuring that we capture exponential growth opportunities to scale our enterprise adoption and amplify our market impact. You will :

  • Own and scale the sales, marketing and go-to-market strategy, driving enterprise sales, demand generation, and partnerships to achieve hyper-growth. This is not just a sales role- You'll solve problems, shape product strategy, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Represent ZenCompliance at key industry events and trade shows, expanding market presence and influence. The CEO and you will tag-team to present ourselves at industry trade shows and conferences, get the product adopted, and interact with the top leaders in the industry.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team, to represent ZenCompliance at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, interacting with top leaders and customers.
  • Engage deeply with customers to understand pain points and guide product development, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable sales processes that deliver operational efficiency aligning strategies with market needs and product development priorities to drive exceptional customer outcomes. You'll champion the voice of the customer, influencing product decisions and GTM alignment.
