The Opportunity
We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive with deep health plan experience particularly in Medicaid to drive new revenue growth. This is a pure hunter role : you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new health plan contracts that expand Blueberry's footprint. Reporting directly to the Head of Payer Sales, you will focus exclusively on winning new logos and moving opportunities through complex payer sales cycles, with an emphasis on value-based and risk-aligned contracting.

Expected salary : Between $150-175k base salary with 50 / 50 base / variable split
