Occupational Therapist

Neuroplastic Rehab LLC is growing and we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our evidence based neurological rehabilitation team. We provide one to one in home neuro occupational therapy with clients across Metro Detroit including Brighton, Howell, Madison Heights, Waterford, Ann Arbor, Novi, Troy, and surrounding Metro Detroit areas. We currently have active referrals ready for caseload building.

About the Role

You will provide direct neuro occupational therapy to adults with conditions such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, cognitive impairment, early onset Alzheimer's disease, and other neurological diagnoses. Services are provided in client homes or community settings to support real world function and independence.
