Job Overview

We are seeking someone with experience in Commercial Lines Insurance for an account manager position. An insurance license is required, and commercial lines experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct annual reviews for current clients
Service current clients' needs
Process renewal policies and endorsements
Review incoming mail and process accordingly
Cross-sell at renewal
Issue certificates of insurance
Answer coverage questions
Document all client interactions thoroughly within our agency management system, with AMS360 experience being a plus

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong multi-tasking skills

Understanding of market trends and customer needs
