Responsibilities

• As a Manager, Operations Support at RXO, you'll ensure the establishment, implementation and maintenance of processes needed for the Quality Management System. You'll promote awareness of customer requirements and have the organizational freedom to resolve matters pertaining to quality, helping us maintain superior levels of product / service conformity.
