About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is the hands-on operator that keeps our brand, campaigns, and events running smoothly. This hybrid role combines organization, creative production, and in-person coordination at our Hunt Valley office — supporting digital campaigns, social storytelling, trade show logistics, and a new in-house podcast studio.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CMO, Senior Director of Communications, and our creative agency to bring NetCov’s People Before Tech brand to life across every touchpoint — digital, social, and real-world.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & CRM Execution
- Build and schedule campaigns in HubSpot — manage lists, segment audiences, and QA emails before launch.
- Track engagement metrics and maintain data hygiene in partnership with RevOps.
- Coordinate with the agency on creative assets and campaign deliverables.
Podcast & Studio Production (Hunt Valley)
Serve as the on-site studio lead for NetCov’s monthly podcast.Handle physical setup (lighting, mics, audio checks), guest coordination, and file management.Work with the Sr. Director and agency on recording schedules, post-production, and publishing.Capture behind-the-scenes content and help repurpose episodes for social and blog use.Events, Webinars & Trade Shows
Manage logistics, registration, and vendor communication for both internal and client-facing events.Coordinate booth shipping, swag orders, print collateral, and post-event follow-up campaigns.Track inventory of branded materials and ensure timely reorders.Content & Social Media
Assist with content publishing — uploading case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces to digital channels.Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, crop and organize photos, and capture real-time event content.Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light creative work (resizing, formatting, and adapting designs).Brand Coordination & Operations
Manage marketing intake requests via Microsoft Forms and Planner.Support internal communications formatting (The Download newsletter, SharePoint updates).Liaise with vendors, printers, and the creative agency to keep timelines on track.Help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — presentations, signage, digital assets, and videos.Qualifications
Experience : 2–4 years in marketing coordination, communications, or content production.Organization & Communication : Proven ability to juggle projects, manage deadlines, and clearly communicate updates.CRM / Tech Skills : Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar platforms; comfortable with campaign setup and tracking.Creative Coordination : Strong attention to visual detail and ability to work effectively with design and video teams.Event Management : Experience supporting conferences, webinars, or live events.Social Media : Understanding of LinkedIn B2B content trends and storytelling best practices.Bonus Skills : Experience in studio, podcast, or video production environments.Why Work at NetCov
