This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) , a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division.

Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Signals (SIGINT) Analyst to support our INDOPACOM Customer! The INDOPACOM combatant command theater covers over half the earth’s surface and provides unique challenges to our National Defense strategy.

What you will do

  • Provide analysis, research, and reporting for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities
  • Prepares reports of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open-source information
  • Develop and maintain analysis and production procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
  • Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer to analyze and distribute SIGINT products
  • Provide mentorship and / or significant guidance to junior personnel and be able to prioritize workload to meet relevancy and timeliness requirements
  • Prioritize, evaluate, and report information; require minimal editing or assistance through production cycles
  • Possess familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research to enhance reporting and possess the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports / products
  • Require minimal guidance or support related to researching style and usage and related, necessary requirements to enable compliant serialized production
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of policy obligations; support and advise customer on QC and release functions
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

What we are looking for

  • 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
  • Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
  • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
  • Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of information, and experience in drafting and / or editing for release of finished, serialized SIGINT product reports
  • Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting, (i.e., the use of STI, unusual tear-lines, Post-Publication actions, and RFIs)
  • Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
  • Clearance : Must possess and maintain a TS / SCI clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a Poly

  • Experience supporting NSA TOPI
  • Experience with the following or similar : TargetProfiler, TKB / ICON, Haven, Grapevine, Squawker
  • National Cryptologic School RPTG certifications (Basic, Editor, Releaser)
  • Clearance : TS / SCI with Poly highly desired

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
