Details

• 10+ years of experience with a significant portion dedicated to trust and estate taxation.
• CPA designation.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
• Oversee preparation and review of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041, etc.).
• Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws to ensure compliance and proactively identify planning opportunities.
• Address technical issues and provide guidance on complex trust and estate structures.
• Provide expert counsel on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and fiduciary tax matters.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
