Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly assistance
Help customers resolve simple issues and submit support tickets as needed
Schedule appointments and guide customers through next steps
Required Qualifications
A quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet
A computer (Windows) with preferably two monitors and USB wired headphones
A high school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
Availability Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM EST
