Job Title : Marketing Communication Specialist

Location : Memphis / Andover / Hybrid

Duration : 6 months on Contract

Note : Part-time : 16 hours no more than 2 additional hours per week as needed with approval This is a Hybrid position out of MA or TN locations : 150 Minutemen Rd, Andover, MA 01810 or 7135 Goodlett Farms Pkwy, Cordova, TN 38016

Description :

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Marketing Communications, this role is responsible for managing approval processes for defined areas of the business (e.

g., Robotics franchise) or on a project-by-project basis. This includes internal stakeholder management, liaising with all approval functions as well as Global Marketing to ensure compliant collateral.

Is responsible for managing compliant final file retention for these projects and informing all necessary cross-functional stakeholders of status and completion.

This role assists on marketing communications projects on an ad hoc basis, helping coordinate the process from strategic approach to execution and working with the Global Marketing Communications Managers to ensure a portfolio integrated approach.

For these projects, the Marketing Communications Specialist 2 ensures a global and compliant approach to all activities and liaises with cross-functional stakeholders as well as regions and countries.

Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, on strategy and on budget. Where appropriate, acts as the liaison between the creative department and the client with regards to providing production schedules, critical milestones, and general updates.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Expedite "rush projects while maintaining orderly flow of daily work
  • Keeps stakeholders informed of conflicts and delays
  • Obtain deadline extensions when necessary
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Participate in Messaging and creative concept Marcom process

Responsibilities :

Marketing Communications Project Management - Continuously ensures a global and compliant approach to all activities and liaises with cross-functional stakeholders as well as regions and countries.

Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, on strategy and on budget. (40%)

  • Approval Management - Continuously interfaces with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) System to ensure projects follow the proper workflow and approval processes. (40%)
  • Supports cross-franchise or ad hoc Global Marcom projects (10%)
  • Liaise with creative team (5%)
  • Ensures maintenance and distribution of collateral and toolboxes (5%)

Education :

Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communication, PR, or closely related field

Licenses / Certifications :

Experience :

  • 1+ years in marketing communications, communications, PR, marketing or closely related field
  • Experience in a global organisation or global exposure / experience preferred
  • Medical device marcom and agency background a plus
