What You’ll Do
- Lead mechanical design from concept to construction across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Prepare and deliver high-quality drawings, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Mentor junior engineers and designers
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and vendors to bring visionary projects to life
- Ensure compliance with codes and client requirements
- Conduct site evaluations, oversee construction administration, and ensure design integrity
- Support proposals with technical scopes and budgets
- Communicate complex engineering concepts clearly to stakeholders
What You Bring
PE license and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering7+ years of experience in building systems designExpertise in HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, and control systemsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of mechanical codes, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction practicesExceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring skillsWindward Culture
