Construction Defect Associate Attorney

Overview

The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and writing with strong attention to detail.
• Represent defendants in construction-related insurance defense litigation across all phases, including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Assist with hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as part of a defense litigation team.
• Collaborate with a national Construction Litigation Practice group and contribute to successful defense outcomes in significant exposure cases.
