Position Overview :

The part-time Maintenance I position is responsible for performing all necessary tasks to maintain and improve the appearance, functioning, and operation of agency buildings, property and equipment belonging to the agency. This individual will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and safety procedures in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, grounds keeping, and pest management.

Requirements :

• High School / GED equivalent is required; some college preferred.

Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described will be considered.
