Primary Therapist - Adult Residential Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Therapistwho is eager to make a difference in clients' lives and contribute to our growing mission around Fairfax County, Virginia. The right person for this position will be comfortable managing a caseload that includes a variety of acute mental health diagnoses. Furthermore, the candidate should be willing to listen and work closely with clients to understand their needs and find the best approach to helping them achieve their goals.

Special Job Details :

• Compensation : $80,000-$105,000 depending on experience and licensure.
• Job Type : Full-time, Salary, exempt.
• Schedule : Monday - Friday; 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
• This position requires being able to handle a case load of 4-8 clients and will be dependent of the needs of the program.
• This position will be based out of one facility; however, might be assigned to help at other facilities when needed.
• This position requires working in-person five (5) days per week.
