Job descriptionSupervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) WMS and RF Device experience Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Responsible for implementing departmental policies, objectives, goals, and organizing officials and staff members. In charge of coordinating businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales or distribution of products. Monitor businesses and agencies to make sure services are provided within budgetary limits. Lead the manufacturing functions in the plant on all shifts to ensure on-time production and shipment of conforming products and materials. Including : planning the production flow, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, handling staffing issues, and monitoring production orders and schedules. High School Diploma Quality and Equipment Maintenance Logistics and Fleet Management Metals Industry Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Ensuring efficiency Strong Leadership skills Maintain a safe work environment Must promote and maintain excellent customer service skills Lead and coach team to solve problems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid time off
