We are looking to add talented cooks who feel truly passionate about food, cooking and hospitality to our team.

Qualified Candidates have and be able to work :    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

• 1-2 years of high-volume, New York City restaurant experience
• Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively
• Experience grilling and sautéing prime cuts of steak, chops, pork, whole fish, shellfish, and seafood
• Strong communication skills and solid team work
• Experience with Mexican cuisine is highly preferred, Spanish language skills a plus
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)
• Ability to stand / walk for the duration of an 8 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Interest in the NYC dining scene and the world at large, whether that be art, dance, fashion or books. Bring your creative energy!
