Position : Shift Supervisor

Department : Operations

Classification : Non-exempt

Reports to : General Manager

Responsible for restaurant shift supervision with and without other salaried managers on premises.

Shift Management

• Operates shifts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitors food production and customer service ensuring food quality and service standards are followed.
• Ensures proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Ensures compliance with child labor laws.
• Monitors housekeeping, safety, sanitation,, and security.
• Performs and delegates various clean-up duties to hourly employees.
• Provides regular direction and feedback to hourly employees during shift.
