Gallery Concierge
Location : Bastrop, TX
Schedule : Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM + Special Events
Pay : $16–$22 / hour (based on experience)
About Us
It is a vibrant space dedicated to showcasing exceptional original art in downtown Bastrop, Texas. We’re passionate about connecting artists and the community through curated exhibitions, events, and personalized service.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Gallery Concierge — great with people, and skilled in organization and marketing. You’ll welcome guests, support events, assist with marketing, and help maintain our website and inventory. We are looking for someone reliable who is eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, providing information about artists and exhibitions
- Support marketing efforts, social media, and email campaigns
- Help plan and execute gallery events
- Maintain and update website and artwork listings using tools like wix,canva, mailchimp, etc.
- Manage point-of-sale and inventory records
- Provide general administrative and artist / vendor support
