Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - TeleNurse (4 Hours / Week).

Key Responsibilities

Provide TeleNurse support services within the LPN scope of practice

Perform medication refills, document nursing home reports, and verify orders in the electronic health record

Collect data for basic nursing assessments and report patient healthcare needs to the Charge Nurse

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Illinois LPN license

Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute ambulatory or acute care setting

LPN License in the State of IL required

Required to reside within a 100-mile radius of Springfield, Illinois

Intermediate computer skills with the ability to accurately type 40 words per minute
