Account Executive - Front Line Digital & Print Media Advertising and Marketing Sales
The Account Executive, will be responsible for growing new and existing business by representing the Company’s total audience solutions product suite and by ensuring that campaigns are properly implemented, monitored and optimized.
This individual will meet with clients through a consultative needs-based selling approach to create custom digital and print recruitment campaigns that attract top quality, qualified candidates.
The product suite includes graphical display ads on Local Market Website and ad networks, mobile, video, text, apps, digital directories, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media optimization and print.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
- BA / BS from an accredited four year college / university preferred
- Passion for digital advertising
- Prior sales experience in and knowledge of industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of needs-based selling
- Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace · CRM sales management software experience with a leading platform, salesforce.com preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills written and verbal
- Strong understanding of recruitment process and regulations is a big plus
- Team player
- Assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Solid PC skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite, Power Point & Excel
