About the job :
In this role, you will ensure that the company maintains privacy oversight, governance, and meets all its legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, Legal, Privacy, Safety and Security (PSS), and other Product Areas. You will lead and manage cross-functional privacy assurance and compliance programs related to in-scope binding legal commitments. You will be monitoring controls, engaging with internal and external auditors, preparing and overseeing assessments, and managing program remediations. You will manage interactions with internal and external auditors and prepare for assessments related to applicable privacy binding legal commitments. You will conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify material privacy risks, report findings to privacy leadership and executives, identify risk mitigation efforts, and influence stakeholder prioritization of efforts. You will work on document control deficiencies and compliance gaps, provide privacy compliance guidance, manage and monitor remediation progress, and escalate issues to executives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
