Entry Level Scrum Master

A company is looking for an Entry Level Scrum Master to support agile development teams in delivering transportation management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for development teams

Coach team members on Scrum principles and agile practices

Identify and help remove obstacles that impede the team's progress

Required Qualifications

Foundational understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Ability to facilitate meetings and drive productive discussions

Organizational skills

Internship or academic project experience with agile teams is preferred
