Maintenance Engineering Lead – Multi-Site (East Coast)
About Earth
Earth is transforming the deathcare industry through sustainable biotechnology, precision engineering, and advanced process systems. Our proprietary Natural Organic Reduction (NOR) technology gently transforms human remains into nutrient-rich soil over a 45-day cycle—providing an environmentally responsible alternative to burial or cremation.
Following successful launches in Seattle and Las Vegas, we're expanding to the East Coast with a new facility. This role supports operations across multiple Earth facilities, helping ensure consistent system reliability, quality, and operational excellence.
Position Summary
The
Maintenance Engineering Lead – (Multi-Site)
