Responsibilities :
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties : make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
- Handle customer complaints as necessary
- Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
Qualifications :
Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsHigh school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalentDisplays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsAbout Company
