Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent

Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings and candidate selection

Ensure a positive candidate experience and track key recruiting metrics

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, focusing on GTM positions

Two separate stints as a contract recruiter

Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals

Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions

Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
