The Project Superintendent is critical to Nunn Construction’s Field Operations department. Reporting directly to the General Superintendents, you will be tasked with overall leadership and on-site supervision for various commercial construction projects encompassing K-12, Medical, Higher Education, and Defense across the Front Range of Colorado.

Candidate Skills, Experience, and Background :
Must have a stable career history backed up by a consistent demonstration of career progression and projects brought to conclusion.
References are required from previous employers.
Must have experience as a Lead Superintendent managing complex Commercial Ground-Up projects that could be : Healthcare (Hospitals, Outpatient, Ambulatory Facilities etc.
K-12 and Higher Education, Defense & Aerospace, Life Sciences, Laboratories, Clean Room , Biopharmaceutical or similar Data Centers
This list is not exhaustive, and we are not looking for someone who has done every single type of work, but if you have completed complex projects similar to these you will have the transferable skills to succeed in this opportunity.
Must understand and demonstrate capabilities of managing the nuances of a project including such things as : Project Administration, Cost Control, Design or Engineering Issue Resolution / Management, Client Management / Relationship Management, Plan Reading, Scheduling etc.
Must be able to think on their feet, possess intellect & emotional intelligence, and can manage task experts including their project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
