In this role, you will own the end-to-end data workflow, from building robust data infrastructure and pipelines to running experiments and delivering clear analyses. You will empower teams with self-serve analytics, champion a data-driven culture, and contribute to improving products and processes across the organization. Accountabilities

• Drive strategic insights by analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategies and product development.
• Translate complex findings into clear, understandable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and scale data infrastructure, including pipelines, transformation, and orchestration processes to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Develop self-serve analytics platforms that empower teams to access and leverage data effectively.
• Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, measure impact, and support continuous improvement in products and processes.
• Establish and promote best practices for data usage and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data science or related fields.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools.
• Proven ability to communicate data insights effectively through storytelling and visualization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial technology, investment, or analytics environments is a plus.
• Competitive base salary : $155,000–$210,000, plus discretionary bonus program and equity participation.
