Key Responsibilities
Obtain corrected or missing documentation from patients
Review and process durable medical equipment and diagnostic orders
Schedule appointments for patients and manage order flow from third-party platforms
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in patient-facing administrative or clinical support roles
Proficiency in helpdesk software, preferably Zendesk
Experience in a remote role for over a year
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is a plus
Experience with digital ordering platforms is advantageous
