Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and utilizing available resources

Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support in a contact center environment

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus
