This is a salaried plus bonus position with benefits.

Compensation : $150,000+

Responsibilities :

• Negotiate contracts with buyers agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
• Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
