Schedule : Clinic : 2.5 days per week, 8am-5pm and 8am Noon with OR2 days per week

Job Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient

Types of Cases : General urology procedures includingCysto,Prostate biopsy,Fiducial markers,Wart fulguration and more

Credentialing : 90-120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

Board Certification : Board Certified Urology

Licensure : Kentucky license required
