Requirements : 2+ Years of Public Accounting Auditing experience
We are a boutique full service public accounting firm - we work with clients in a variety of industries, including but not limited to : Manufacturing - Construction - Logistics - Professional Services & Nonprofits.
Position Overview : The Audit Senior will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, leading staff and providing professional auditing services to clients.
This individual will be required to have an expert knowledge and experience in auditing, public accounting and CPA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead audit engagements, dealing with any issues that arise during the process.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Work with clients to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
- Analyze financial information and prepare audit reports.
- Review internal accounting procedures and identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain client relationships and provide client service.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years public accounting experience in audit.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
