Accounts Payable Assistant

Responsibilities

(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a dynamic and talented Accounts Payable Assistant.

The Accounts Payable Assistant s upports Corporate Accounts Payable department with payment matching, file maintenance, audit requests, vendor statements, mail, scanning and various other basic / entry level tasks.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Performs payment matching.
• Maintains files and responds to audit requests.
• Distributes mail. Prepares FedEx packages for shipment.
• Scans invoices.
• Reviews discrepant invoices.
• Reviews vendor statements.

Qualifications

High school diploma with 1 year of related experience. Associates Degree preferred.

Candidate must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Must be detailed oriented and dependable.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong c ustomer service skills including excellent written and oral professional communication skills.
