Under supervision, performs semi-skilled and skilled cleaning of College Residences /Dining Halls facilities, bathrooms, kitchens, suites, and landings. Will operate vacuum cleaners and floor machines. Other duties include damp/dust mop, sweep, vacuum, shampoo carpet, wax and buff floors, empty trash, move and arrange furniture, wash windows, clean rooms, furniture, bathrooms, and appliances. Responsible for safeguarding assigned area’s keys and care/operation of custodial supplies and equipment. Will respond to routine and emergency work requests from supervisor, staff, maintenance, Customer Service Center, and police department as needed. Will provide customer service to student residents and guests as needed. Work location is Dining Halls/student residence. Positive interaction with staff, residents, and guests is required.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $40,653 - $50,550 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $19.47 - $24.21
