City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you.
Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
This position includes a base salary of $55,000 and includes commissions based on sales in territory. Successful Sales Execs with City Wide exceed 6 figures within our uncapped compensation plan!
First Year earner typically achieves $80,000 - $90,000
Second Year Earners typically achieves $115,000+
Essential Functions
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
