What You'll Be Doing

Now that we have our MiCa license, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager to lead our efforts in generating high-quality leads for the Institutional Sales Enablement team. This role will focus on designing and implementing innovative B2B marketing activities, events, and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

• Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the team's goals, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, events, and targeted campaigns.
• Event Management : Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Marketing Collaboration : Create compelling content, collateral, and campaigns that resonate with institutional clients and enhance lead engagement.
• Performance Tracking : Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and lead generation efforts. Regularly report on performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement strategies with overall business objectives and institutional client needs.
