Job description

Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business, driving the development and execution of innovative data collaboration strategies with our partners. You will work cross-functional to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver value through data-driven partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute data collaboration strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with external partners to enable data-driven initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement data collaboration projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data collaboration and partnership models.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.

You will also receive PTO and / or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
