While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to type. The employee is required to sit for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to see up close, ability to adjust focus and keen eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Packaging of materials in boxes form through a heat shrink tunnel or manually for full width or slit rolls.
• Hand assembly of packaging materials.
• Assist in operation of one or more of the following pieces of equipment : sheeting equipment, cutting equipment, pouching, and other packaging equipment.
• Maintain appropriate housekeeping and process cleanliness.
• Work closely with others in a team environment to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Interface with existing computer systems : Email, PC applications (Word & Excel).
• Physical and / or mechanical movement of materials manually and with pallet jacks and fork trucks

Experience & Qualifications

Required

Education

Must have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED).

Schedule : 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm
