Job Position : Weekend Temp Receptionist
Location : Austin TX 78724
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr

Description : About the Role :
We re looking for a positive adaptable and energetic weekend Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors patrons and callers in a fast-paced high-traffic environment. This role is at the heart of the action phones are constantly ringing deliveries are frequent (especially during rodeo season!) and guests are always coming and going. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and can keep a smile on your face no matter how busy it gets this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a high-volume phone line with professionalism and courtesy.
Greet and assist all guests patrons and visitors with a welcoming service-first attitude.
Monitor and respond to emails in the general inbox including handling lost-and-found requests.
Receive organize and distribute deliveries keeping the lobby clear and guest-ready.
Solve problems quickly and efficiently staying calm under pressure.
Flexibly shift between tasks and wear many hats as needed to support daily operations.
What We re Looking For :
A people person with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay upbeat courteous and professional in a busy sometimes chaotic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Comfort with lifting and managing deliveries (up to 50 lbs)
Tech savvy to manage email and various computer tasks.
Flexible adaptable and able to go with the flow.
Work Environment :
Casual dress code (jeans and sneakers are welcome it s the rodeo after all!).
Busy guest-focused atmosphere with lots of variety in the day-to-day.
A team that values mission-driven work collaboration and positive energy.
