Your New Role

This is a Full-time in-office position based in New York City, NY. You’ll :

Dispatch HVAC Service Technicians efficiently across the city

Provide essential administrative support to the Service Department

Process follow-up proposals from technician service reports

Generate weekly hourly reports to support payroll accuracy

Track and renew project documentation for compliance

Order and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC dispatcher or service coordinator

Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced service environment

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

Team-oriented with a proactive, get-it-done attitude

Full-time in-office availability required
