Job Description Bi-lingual (Spanish) Phone Room Associate (FULL-TIME) “The Largest Independent Established Multi-Specialty Group in Central North Carolina is Seeking a Full-Time Bi-lingual (Spanish) Phone Room Associate to join our Team in High Point!” VOTED “BUSINESS OF THE YEAR” 2018 VOTED ONE OF THE “FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES IN THE TRIAD” 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 Our mission at Bethany Medical is to provide excellent care through a Multi-Specialty approach from prevention to intervention of potentially life-threatening health problems.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones and direct patients to the proper clinics or locations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors.
  • This person will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • They will also have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures / systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.  Requirements :

  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Reliable, professional, courteous and patient Excellent communication and writing skills.   Benefit Package Includes :
