- Candidates will establish relationships by building trust with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, then develop / execute strategies for each transaction in order to achieve business outcomes.
- Candidates will lead and have responsibility for negotiations and sourcing initiatives for the Digital Technology staff and team.
- Drive global sourcing strategies in alignment with Digital Technology requirements.
- Partner with Sourcing and DT leadership to ensure all commercial requirements capture desired cost, performance, service, and business outcomes.
- Develop & cultivate mutually beneficial relationships and strategic engagements with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Plan and assist Commodity Leaders with technology related negotiations across the company, and managing category spend.
- Partner with Senior Commodity Leader(s) to negotiate all needed contracts, including : hardware, software (& SaaS), or professional services with an emphasis on software contracts.
- Collaborate with appropriate finance, compliance, and legal subject matter experts in the negotiation and execution of contracts including Master Services Agreements.
- Software License Agreements, Cloud-technologies including SaaS contracts, Master Product Agreements, Statements of Work, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Sourcing (OR High School Diploma / GED and a minimum 8 years of experience in IT Sourcing or IT Program Management).
- Adept at Office tools including Excel, Word, PPT and other workplace tools necessary for data analysis and contract review.

- Ability to use Ariba and other ERP systems on day 1.
- Experience with RFQ and RFP development, implementation and execution.
- Highly organized and resilient.

- Proven ability to quickly learn processes for Buy to Pay and Source to Buy.
